Selling the Jalopy
It was a short affair -- I bought this machine in January of 2002, and drove it for less than a year in San Francisco before deciding to move to New York. That's when I put the surfboard on top and headed East on the karaoke circuit. The car was good to me, but now I live in Manhattan and take the subway, and so it has been sitting idly in a garage in East Hampton. The time has come to pass it along to someone who will make better use. It's in fine shape with roughly 22,000 miles, and I'm looking for the blue book value: about $15K.
