Early August
For those with 8 minutes and 37 seconds to spare, you can listen to my first foray into radio documentary. It's called "The Infusion Unit." Follow the link just below, and you'll find it along with those done by my class this past semester. You may want to listen to one or two done by my classmates which I think are superior to mine in every way. Check out John Boyle's on Junkyards, or Mike Vuolo's on a nine-year-old boxer named Popcorn, or Sylvia Maria Gross' on a basketball court in Queens.Columbia Radio Documentary Pieces

The 2003 NYC Triathlon turned out to be a Duathlon...race officials cancelled the swim as the Hudson was deemed unsafe due to high levels of pollution following impressive amounts of rain. But Dave Kane and I were in fine form. DK flew in from Bulgaria the night before, and still managed to finish 2nd in his age group. I arrived about 19 minutes later and would have breezed to a 3rd place finish had I been competing in the Women's 30-34 division....

Nick, Gaby, Robert, and Matthew join the White House for a Barnonia weekend....
